About the work
Caos Rojo means "red chaos" in Spanish. The whole surface is crimson, rose and wine, with darker clouds near the top. Tiny figures gather in clusters and rings, the largest spreading through the centre, while white flecks scatter across the red like sparks. A few pale circles float apart from the crowd.
The palette of Like a Rolling Stone moved over the years from earth tones to bold reds. This 2025 canvas is given over entirely to red.
About the series
“Movement, interconnected bodies, human structures that somehow make the spectator part of it. I work with layers of colour, like skin, looking for depth and almost always with ascendant movement.”
